Clients

Add, edit, and organize your clients. From a client’s detail screen, use the three-dot (…) Actions menu to Call, Email, get Directions, or create a New Appointment.

Encrypted by Default: all client data is stored locally on your device and encrypted at rest. When you choose to email a PDF or share anything externally, it leaves that encrypted container and becomes your responsibility.

Add & Edit Clients

  1. Open Clients → tap to add a new client.
  2. Fill in name, email, phone, and address. You can paste or type free-form; Solid Invoice formats as needed.
  3. Tap a client to view or edit details at any time.

Actions Menu (three-dot …)

From a client’s detail screen, tap the three-dot (…) button in the top-right to open quick actions:

  • Call — places a phone call using the client’s saved number.
  • Email — opens Mail with your subject/body templates (placeholders like [FirstName], [InvoiceNumber] are supported). See Emailing.
  • Directions — opens the client’s address in Maps for turn-by-turn. See Directions.
  • New Appointment — create a calendar event linked to the client. See Appointments.
Privacy note: generating an invoice/quote PDF to attach to email exports a copy outside the encrypted store. You’ll see a confirmation + authentication prompt before export.
